Bau Truong to bring the flavours of old Saigon to Harbord Diggers
Established nearly 30 years ago from a foundation of traditional flavours with a twist, Vietnamese restaurant, Bau Truong is ready to bring sugar, spice and all things nice to Harbord Diggers when they open their doors in late July.
Fast becoming the Northern Beaches’ mecca for good food and good company, Bau Truong represents the Diggers’ latest offering. It follows in the footsteps of the successful AcquaFresca by Pilu and Teddy Larkin’s Seafood and Steakhouse restaurants, as well as DD Collective café that are located at the iconic Freshwater venue.
From humble beginnings in Cabramatta and now with three other restaurants across Sydney, Bau Truong has gradually become synonymous with quality, refined Vietnamese dining, boasting flavourful mains, exotic entrees, elegant desserts and a selection of cultural beverages.
