PHILON - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Philon worked with Mounties Group to initiate the development and have been the Development Manager for the project since 2010. Philon is a property, investment and development consultancy with a passion for helping organisations find the most effective way to move towards a successful and sustainable future.
Lee Pinder who leads the team from Philon for the Harbord Diggers project, has a comprehensive background in listed, wholesale and private client funds management within the retail, commercial and industrial property sectors.
CERNO - PROJECT MANAGER
Cerno is the project manager for the Harbord Diggers development and has been since 2011. Cerno Management provides project delivery services throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia, with a focus on the major centres of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. Cerno's expertise covers a broad range of asset classes including commercial, clubs, hospitality, industrial, residential, retail, and seniors living.
ARCHITECTUS - ARCHITECT CONSORTIUM (ARCHITECT)
Architectus is a leading design studio that brings together the experience of more than 250 architects, interior architects, urban designers and urban planners. With a strong history across architecture, interior and urban disciplines, Architectus teams have specialist expertise across all industry sectors, on projects from the smallest to largest scale.
CHROFI - ARCHITECT CONSORTIUM (ARCHITECT)
Established in 2000, CHROFI is internationally recognised for their competition winning design of TKTS booth at the centre of Times Square in New York. Other projects of note by the CHROFI team include Stamford on Macquarie, Lune de Sang, Ballast Point, Green Square Library and Parramatta Road Strategic Plan.
In 2009, the practice received 3 Commendations in the coveted AR Award for Emerging Architecture. CHROFI are part of the Architectus consortium that won the architectural design competition for the new Harbord Diggers.
JMD DESIGN - ARCHITECT CONSORTIUM (LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT)
JMD design is an award winning practice that provides a full range of landscape architectural services with an emphasis on the construction of high quality design. JMD Design has a strong commitment to achieving both site specific and environmentally responsible design solutions. The team actively pursue the application of sustainable development principles in all their design projects. JMD Design are part of the Architectus consortium that won the architectural design competition.
ENSTRUCT - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Enstruct are structural and civil engineers delivering major building projects in Australia and overseas and have consulted on this project as our chief engineers.
GANELLEN - BUILDER
The building works for the new Harbord Diggers project are being managed by Ganellen, construction leaders who specialise in multi-million-dollar developments in the retail, commercial, medium-residential and government sectors.
Ganellen operate in all sectors with specialist expertise in commercial, retail, multi-storey residential, hotels, education, infrastructure, and government buildings.
URBIS - TOWN PLANNERS
Urbis is an interdisciplinary consulting firm offering services in planning, design, property, social planning, economics and research. Urbis provides the social research, analysis and advice upon which major social, commercial and environmental decisions are made. Urbis undertook all the best practice stakeholder and community engagement processes that informed the redevelopment of Harbord Diggers.
GMU - URBAN DESIGNER
GM Urban Design & Architecture (GMU) is an award winning, highly skilled and experienced practice specialising in the creation of buildings, landscapes, cities, towns, neighbourhoods and localities. GMU’s design approach is to respond to the understanding of the unique elements of a site, centre or locality within the broader urban and natural context.
SINC SOLUTIONS - GOVERNANCE ADVISOR
Sinc Solutions Pty Ltd is strategic, independent consulting working primarily with state and local government to enhance their corporate governance. Kath Roach who headed the work undertaken on the new Harbord Diggers project, is a previous Executive Director of Governance and Regulation at NSW Department of Housing and the first female Ombudsman for a local council in NSW.
